Refund policy
At My Kapsula, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward exchange process under the following conditions:
1. Exchange Period
You may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. My Kapsula will cover all shipping fees associated with the return and replacement of defective goods.
3. Exchanges for Size or Preference
If the item does not fit or you wish to exchange it for a different style:
- Return Shipping: The cost of shipping the original item back to our facility in Dubai is the responsibility of the Customer.
- Re-shipping: My Kapsula will cover the cost of shipping the newly selected (exchanged) item back to the customer.
4. Product Condition & Inspection
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- All returned items undergo a quality inspection. If an item is returned in a condition that prevents resale, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate apparel (lingerie, swimwear, etc.) cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
