Standard Shipping Method: Emirates Post All standard orders are dispatched via the UAE’s national postal service. The package will be delivered to the local post office serving your area (based on your ZIP/Postal Code).

3. Terms of Collection (Pick-up)
- Pick-up Point: Your order will be delivered to the post office associated with your shipping address. While some countries (like the USA) may offer doorstep or mailbox delivery, the standard condition for this service is self-collection from your local post office.
- Notification: Once your tracking status shows “Arrived at Destination Post Office”, you may proceed to the post office with your ID/Passport and the tracking number to collect your package.
- Storage Period: Packages are typically held for 14 to 30 days depending on local postal regulations. If not collected within this timeframe, the order will be returned to Dubai.
4. Tracking & Support
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email within 1–2 business days after processing. You can track it on the official Emirates Post website.
- Customs: Please note that any international customs duties or VAT are the responsibility of the recipient upon arrival. We always aim to provide accurate declarations to minimize these risks.
